I must have missed Travis' last performance, I don't even remember what he sang. In the news they keep being all dramatic like it will be the end of him. I hope not, I like him.

i can't believe mikalah made it. that's just a mess.

other than that, the top 12 is pretty good. i'm glad both the "rockers," as they keep calling them, made it. they make the show a lot more interesting.

Interesting isn't what the show should aim for. Talent is what this show is about and Constantine did not show talent in his previous performance. The only reason he made it through because he got more air time than Nikko who is a phenomenal singer. I honestly felt Nikko was robbed.

As for the girls, Amanda should've made it. Mikalah is a good singer but Amanda is ten times better. I was disappointed when she didn't make it.

Mikalah... should NOT have made it. Amanda is way better, she deserved to be in the top 12.

Okay, well, I've only watched part of one episode (last night's), but I have to butt in: Constantine was in Rent (a play). I may not have heard him sing, but I'm already rooting for him. -coughcough-

Like some ppl have said on the official forums... Constantine might be good with a band backing him up... but JUST him... he's not good enough.
But... I didn't like Travis or Nikko so.. meh... whatever.

And I'm extremely disappointed that Mikalah got through. She can NOT sing. Maybe consider her as an average singer... but that's being nice.
She shouldn't have made it and Amanda was robbed.


Anywho.... all I have to say is.. I hope Anwar doesn't win it all.
He's gotta be one of the most overrated singers in the competition right now.
He can sing, but I dunno... I just can't see him actually making it big. I hope he does well, but not well enough to win it.



EDIT: Just saw on the news that Mario quit AI. I didn't like him all that much but I think he would've done well. That's pretty shocking.
They said that the show is being tight-lipped about it. Prolly b/c they want to be the ones to say why he left.

anyway, i hear that mario quit because he got a record deal that was less restrictive than the AI contract. good career move, if that's true. get lots of free publicity, then go off and do your thing.

Meh.. not surprised Lindsey was voted off, but I was hoping it would've been Mikalah.
Couldn't believe Jessica was in the bottom 3 though.
I don't really like her all that much but she definetly has a better voice than alot of the people there.
Meh.. oh well... glad Mikalah was in the bottom 2... that means people don't really like her all that much... if she keeps singing the way she has been, then she'll be gone next week.

I was happy that Lindsay went home because she wasn't as good as the rest were. I still think Mikalah should've gone home instead but either of them were good to go.

I am still waiting for Bo Bice to leave. I honestly don't think he has talent. He's a good wedding singer -- that's it.

what the who the? bo bice totally ruled the show. i seriously expect him to make top five at least. he and nadia are my current favorites. anwar has fallen from grace.

On Tuesday? I thought he sang bad. He sang the song "I'll Be" or whatever it's called, very well but it sounded like a performance at a wedding (Which in life, it is). Compared to everyone else, he should be dropped next.

I think Constantine, Mikalah and him should be eliminated.

I heard something similar to that. He didn't like the contract they made the contestants sign in the final 12 and he left. I assumed he got another record deal. Hope he does well.
