Is there not 1 more non-elimination round? Aren't there 3 previously determined ones throughout the race, and we had the Oldies and then Kelly and Ron? So there's still one more left, isn't there?

Go Uchenna and Joyce!

Thu May 05, 2005 6:52 pm

Yeah..there's one more non-elimination... least I'm pretty sure there is :P heh

Thu May 05, 2005 8:06 pm

Yeah, there is. They've done it before where the first in the finale is nonelmination, and then it just finishes.

Never know what'll happen though, but it sure would suck to loose because your taxi driver who drove you to the final pitstop wouldn't let you out of the car because you couldn't pay them:P

I'm glad the old couple is gone. I couldn't stand Gretchen and her OHMYGAWDing. >>;

That trolley roadblock was really funny to watch, what with Meredith roaring and Kelly stressing...

It's great that there are two good teams in the finale-- I can't decide if I want Uchenna and Joyce or Romber. XD

I suppose I'll go with U & J, because they're so nice. ^^;

I think it's funny how the yield signs always have a big picture of the team being yielded, and then "COURTESY OF" a little picture right beside it of the team doing the yielding. So you get to stare at the smiling mug shot of the jerks who yielded you for the whole time, lol.

GO ROB AND AMBER! Granted, I wouldn't mind Uchenna and Joyce winning, but wouldn't it be awesome if the Survivor alumni actually made it? It's already incredible that they've gotten this far!

May the best team win (and we all know who that is)!

Dont read it if ya dont wanna know.......

HAHAHAHAHA!!!

WOOOOOOOOOO!!!

It was just so great to see.....

J & U win!!
GOD that was just the sweetest thing ever. And I wanted to punch out that freakin cab driver. I mean in countries that are FAR worse off than the US have been kind enough to take almost nothing and that freakin old fart in Miami couldn't let them get by... and that total DIPWAD chunky butt white guy who was like "Beggin isn't the way to go"..... UUUUGH.. well duh you freakin &@^&@*(@()0!!! :x How I wish I could've used stronger language but I don't wanna get banned :P rofl...

Gosh I hope J&U get the children they want. They look like they'd give all their love plus some to the lucky kids they will get one way or another.

THAT WAS FREAKING GREAT!

YEAH!
YES!
YES YES YES YES YES!
FINALLY!

THE RIGHT TEAM WON!
*Dance*

I'm sorry Rob and Amber lost... but frankly, Uchenna and Joyce deserved it more! SO MUCH MORE! YES!

*dance*
I"M SO HAPPY!

:o Wow! That was a heartpounding episode!

I am soooo glad that Joyce and Uchenna won. Out of the 3 teams left, they definitely deserved it. And they were so desperate to pay the cabdriver!

If Rob and Amber had won, I would've gotten so mad, because it seems they've been encouraged by CBS (probably my imagination, but I just don't like them.) Everytime they came in first it seemed, they won a trip to somewhere. But when other teams arrived first, they never got a prize! :(

I missed a few episodes, so that info might not be accurate, but it certainly seemed like it.

Ah shucks. I was hoping for a double punch win for the Romber couple.
But I can't be unhappy with the results.

I'm glad Uchenna and Joyce won it! So much respect for Joyce for what she did on the Fast Forward. And to come out of allll that starting the final leg with $0?! AMAZING race. (hehe)

Congrats to them.

(Rob 2nd again eh? :P)

Oh my goodness. The last 15 minutes of the show were draining. I was bouncing in my seat (not good on a bruised tailbone) and cheering for Uchenna and Joyce. They totally deserved to win.
And this episode only made me angrier at Rob and Amber. Rob has absolutely no manners whatsoever. He never says thank you and he always assumes that people are morons unless they're helping him out.
Even when Uchenna and Joyce were begging, they were polite and understanding. And that ridiculous old guy telling them that begging wasn't the answer. Does he not realize what they're doing? I would've been so frustrated if they lost because one turd didn't give them a few bucks. The people that gave them money get props for being such trusting people. Their taxi driver... oh man. *kicks him really hard*
Kelly was being a huge twit, once again. I realize she wants to be with Ron, but being self-centered and saying such mean things to the guy won't get her anywhere.
*breathes* I'm so glad Joyce and Uchenna won.

OMG! That was suuuuch a goooooood episode. I loved every moment of it.

When they were begging for the money for the cab driver, I was shouting give them the money!!!!!!!!! lol

I am glad Uchenna and Joyce won. And when they were running to the finishing line, and the other teams that got elminated were there cheering them on.......oh that was great.

Wed May 11, 2005 6:19 am

WOW. That was an amazing episode.

(Even though I kinda dozed off in the last 40 mins..)

I'm glad Uchenna and Joyce won!! :) That was great.

I'm so happy Uchenna and Joyce won. Especially after last season when the good team lost because of that train. When they were trying to find the money for the cab driver I was yelling at the t.v. "Just take him to the finish line, someone there should have some money to pay him." :) When Joyce and Uchenna almost didn't make it on the plane to Miami I was upset thinking Rob and Amber were going to win without any competition in the final city. Kelly needs to relax a little bit. I really don't get why she's so hyped up about marrying Ron when she spends half her time yelling at him.

Wed May 11, 2005 3:19 pm

Rob and AMBAH, they lost.

Oh well, they won Survivor.

Wed May 11, 2005 7:34 pm

Awesome episode! So glad they won!

Is there some rule that didn't let the teams tell civilians of the U.S that they were in the Amazing Race? I kept wondering why they wouldn't just say "We need money, we are on the Amazing Race".

Awesome episode! (again!) I hope they go for adoption though. Didn't they say that they had spent all their previous money on unsuccessful in-vitro?
