Yeah, then I guess 3/4ths of the world are idiots because they didn't take lessons or research how to make one. Making one is hard.
I think she was referring to Patrick and his mom.

Still, it doesn't make them idiots.

I am just glad Rob and Amber did not get the boot. I wish they got 1st! Deena and her boyfriend are annoying, American couple - COULDN"T EVEN MAKE 10 MINUTES OF AIRTIME! They were boring. I hope Rob and Amber win. All the people on the race are just jealous.

All I can say is that I'm definately cheering for Rob and Amber. I don't care if they already were Survivor stars, I really want them to win this and I think that they can.

Me and my sister watch this show every Tuesday! We are rooting for the old couple

It's not that hard to make one. Two loops is all it really needs, and it probably would have worked much better. And yes I was referring to people on the show. No offence, but if I knew I was going to be on the amazing race, i'd research every bloody thing I could think of, just in case. Like ziplines, and rock climbing etc.

I would, too, except I'm afraid of heights, so I wouldn't go on there.

Like when I was on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Play It!" at MGM-Studios (at Disney), I had researched so much the night before because I wanted to win (MGM is so boring so all I do there is play WWTBAM and then go to another Disney park

). So I had researched and I won 10 collectors' pins.
Oh, and a cruise. =P

Good job o_0. My Dad almost got on. He got 3rd for the fast finger the one round. The first was a staffer so we hoped the 2nd place was too but he wasn't. THen my Dad got 2nd the rest of the time but no more staffers in Top 10.

Aaw... the Barbies! And the fact that the guys beat them! That was just sad.
I am quite creeped out by the Mother-Son team. I mean... c'mon! They are just so creepy! And I think the guy that gave them 1000 for the flower might have thought that Patrick was a girl...
The gay guys are funny. I was expecting more of a... shout-out with the fish market, but I guess they didn't want to waste time. Ah well...
Rob and Amber = number 1? Bah! Bah I say!
Preview for next week: Wow, Rob doesn't like to proove people wrong, does he?

BOOOOO Rob and Amber... BOOOOOOOOOOOO
And Rob getting mad at being called a liar when he did lie? *rollseyes*
He's such a loser.
All I really cared about though was the brothers. I really dont want them going home and it would've sucked big time if the 2nd team that I was cheering for went home the 2nd episode
Looks like they're gonna have some trouble next episode though.
And what's so creepy about the Mother/Son team? B/c he's gay (least I think that's what he said) and he's close to his mom?

They haven't done anything to label them as creepy as far as I can see.

Before the race began, I had speculated about how Rob's strategy would adapt to the different format of The Amazing Race, and it seems like it stayed nearly the same: to form fragile alliances while attempting to impede the other racers' progress as much as possible. Rob is an extremely clever and devious player, which is why he was so successful in Survivor and so much fun to watch. He may ally with some teams, but make no mistake: he will turn on them as soon as the need arises. I thought before that there would be few chances to backstab players in TAR, but I guess I'm wrong. Amber may be a frail yes-girl, but she is a good teammate in that she will turn a blind eye to Rob's misdeeds, and that is exactly what Rob needs.
This leg proved that Rob and Amber can succeed on merit, not by their past fame as Survivor players. My prediction is that Rob's quick-thinking and cunning will win them the race.

I agree with you 100% Chrome. Romber is a perfect team. As you saw in Survivor, Rob was clever and he was devious which made brought him to end of All Stars. Amber was slightly clever but she was simply on there for the ride.
In Amazing Race, Rob and Amber are doing their best and I don't think people should batter them because they're playing the game well. This is a
race, not a go-make-friends-get-together, it's for a million dollars and if creating alliances and breaking them is how you can win, than I'd say go for it.
