Well they did say when the show started not to expect the main chars to be safe from being killed off, so Boone could be first of the main chars to die.

Argh! I was just reading through a few things on LJ.. and OMG *freaks out*

When Boone was talking on the radio and says "We're the survivors from Oceania Flight 815", I thought the other person replied and said "There were no survivors from Oceania Flight 815."

But THEN, after reading LJ posts, I listened again, and the reply is "No, we're the survivors from Oceania Flight 815"

I heard the Oceana Flight 815 or whatever part but I couldn't make out what the rest of it was.

WOW if that's what was really said then that's pretty darn freaky!

OOOOO I just listened to the audio of it and it DOES say "No, WE'RE the survivors of Oceana Flight 815!" or maybe it said "Hello? We're blah blah blah"
The person who says it says it like... "What the heck are you talking about?" sorta way..... VERY interesting!

The first time I listened to it, I was almost positive the voice on the radio sounded like Boone's. So at first, I thought the same thing you guys do. I've listened to that part about 20 times since then, and while I really want to hear "But WE'RE the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815!!", I'm pretty sure it's "There were no survivors...!". However, I wouldn't put it past JJ.

I listened to it over and over and yes it does say "No, We're the survivors of flight 815" OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FREAKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope Boone stays alive to tell someone or he tells Jack or something before hi dies!

Go listen to the Episode recap on the official Lost site... that's where I heard it and it's pretty damn clear.

I listened to it half a dozen times on my download but it still sounds more like 'There were no survivours', unfortunately theres a loud noise that cant be filtered out on the first few words.

No comment on what the radio transmission said, as I really can't remember it much...

I am starting to think it is Claire that will die. Boone just seems so obvious. But I love Claire and hope she stays alive. From the preview it looks like Kate is just walking to the Beach and happens upon Claire in the woods holding unto a branch in labour. It reminded me of the story of Buddha and also the story of Jesus in the Koran (both stories tell of the mother holding unto a branch to support themselves while they gave birth... kinda significant?)

Though they already had the story where we all believed Claire was dead. Twice! They need to leave Claire alone.

But if Claire dies, the baby won't be able to drink milk... Maybe some little coffee creamers from the plane survived... Or maybe baby Apocalypse doesn't need milk...

Don't die CLAIRE!!!! I hope it's another random again...
