Still have to say Lion King. It was a landmark in animation. The Incredibles is good, but Pixar lack the emotional attachment that people have with Disney's excellent Lion King. The Lion King stirs you, where The Incredibles just entertains. (not a bad thing, but it doesn't make it a classic)

De ja vu! (or however you spell it...) For some reason I knew... just knew... that The Incredibles was going to be the next competitor. Maybe because I saw the sign for it in a movie thing where we bought some drinks today... Nah, couldn't have been.

Lion King, for two reasons: A. It is a classic, and I love it. B. I've never seen the Incredibles.

Meh,I find the lion king is just plain childish and silly. But that may just be me. Any of the last three pixar moves beats any moive disney ever accually made. I'll agree that the lion king probably tells a better story, but the incredables is way more fun. Nothing beats Monsters Inc though. Funny, wonderful story, big furry monsters.. <3 You should make it the next challanger.

The Lion King. I love The Incredibles but TLK is a classic. Nothing can beat that.

The Lion King. I love Timon too much. Sadly, someone's gone and ruined the name Y_Y. Timon the senior absolutely hates everyone who isn't superior to him =sigh=. The meerkat is still awesome, though. I've got meerkat's all over my journals for school.

Iced - Silver [dot] Net ... now go. And maybe someday I'll actually get up something that resembles a pretty sig.

The Incredibles by far, because I think it has a way better plotline/premise.

The Lion King, the characters are easier to warm up to than the ones in The Incredibles, I don't know what it is but I just found it easier. There is something oh-so catchy about all the music throughout The Lion King too.

The Lion King wasn't a landmark in animation. It didn't do anything absolutely spectacular. The techniques used in it were modified from Beauty and the Beast, and from the Great Mouse Detective. It was a good movie, but I liked the Incredibles more.
Why?
Maybe because i'm older now. I love the Lion king, but after taking design and history courses... theres just so much hilarity in The Incredibles involed with E, and the houses... I just can't get over it. And i'll be buying it tuesday.

The Incredibles... The Lion King was good, but it didn't really NEED a sequel... The Incredibles, it needs a sequel... it was just very clever, and one of the few movies that my parents could stay awake through...

Not a landmark? When did you see five hundred individual scripted wildebeest running on screen at once in Beauty & The Beast?

I don't think your are giving the animators the credit they deserve. You know they all had to be indidividually painted in pre-productionm in order to keep track of them all.

The Lion King. I... do not like The Incredibles very much. Except for the short chick with glasses who looks like my friend.
