Discuss music in any form from rock bands to Britney Spears' latest VMA performance. It's all good!

Seeing as we have one for movies that disappointed you, movies that surprised you, what about songs?
Songs that even though they were by singers/groups you don't like, have grown on you.
Usher - Burn
Britany Spears - Everytime
Anastacia - Left Outside Alone
Blue - Breathe Easy
Jamelia - See it in a boys eyes
Avril Lavigne - My Happy Ending (apart from the part where she goes all high, and all those oh-oh oh-ohhhhh things she does
)

Toxic - Britney Spears.
That song, and Stronger, are the only two songs by her that I can stand to hear. (And the video for Toxic isn't bad, either
)

I hated Ugly Casanova when I first heard them.
Now I'm buried in them like a boy in a boy's first book of the stars.

Let's see...
Breakaway-Kelly Clarkson (now I've begun liking her again)
Hey Ya-Outkast (then I started liking them. :P)
Burn-Usher (I still don't like this guy)
I Don't Wanna Know-Mario Winans
There's more, but I always forget when I want to post. So...pfft.

My Happy Ending- Avril Lavigne
Don't Tell Me- Avril Lavigne
Those are the artists which I wasn't very fond of but I began to like some of those songs.

The only songs I can think of that's grown on me (as in, not liking it before, now I love it) are:
Breakaway- Kelly Clarkson. Didn't like the soft vocals at first, now I love it.
Don't Cry Out Loud- Diana DeGarmo. Same thing as Breakaway.

Franz Ferdinad-Take Me Out*
Modest Mouse- Float On*
Linkin Park-Faint
The Clarks- Shimmy Low*
I'm really starting to dig some of these "underdog" bands.
*Noted"underdog" with one of these things*

Linkin park?
CRAWWWWLLLING IN MYYYY SKIIIIINNN....
</ANGST/10>
>.> I wrote a song for linkin park, but they just ripped it off tons of times. It was something like...
'Everyone really sucks in my life, and I can't stop feeling the pain, so I'll
SCREEEEAAM FOOOR A BITTTTT
And then rap, cause it's cool, and I like to do dis, man
and maybe sing now about what I screamed about, but a bit more softly, so you may be touched by my song!'
.. Seems they liked the format, if nothing else.

See It In a Boys Eyes by Jamelia ain't half bad for a pop song. I won't admit to liking that though.
I didn't like "Golden Touch" by Razorlight the first time I heard it, but then I listened to it again, and really liked it. Now I kinda love them. The album is amazingly great.

Admit you like it or there'll be some post editing magic.

Cherie's whole CD surprised me. The band was very loud in her songs at Clay's concert. But I'm glad I gave her a chance because she rocks.
