The season's just started (okay, exhibition games have started) and irrational optimism hasn't been shattered yet! Who's your team? How are they doing?

I'm a Kentucky fan and everything that implies. Go Big Blue!

This season is awesome so far--the men's team is doing pretty darn well so far. Compared to last year at this time, they're amazing. I like the new freshmen, but I'll see how they do in more serious games before I pass judgment.

The women's team is looking way better than I expected them to. I think they'll do pretty well this season. One exhibition game isn't much to go on, though I will happily speculate on less.

I tend to be a fan of people who used to be good and are coming back: I've been a Cowboys fan all my life.

Maybe the same will hold true for IU.
