I was lent this series by a friend's boyfriend and I watched about 3 discs in a row last night. AMAZING. It's definitely for mature audiences, but in my mind, this anime is a solid tie with Cowboy Bebop for best anime ever. I strongly recommend it for those old enough to watch it.

I remember Speed Grapher, and yes it was awesome. Blood is certainly an excellent weapon
