I bought and read the book yesterday. The Sister of the South is the final part of the entire Deltora Quest series written by Emily Rodda. In this installment, the answers to mysteries that have plagued us from the beginning are discovered and there is an awesome fight at the end that is not to be missed. The ending is nice but I think that after three series' the ending could have been a bit longer to provide a bit more closure on the story.
Anyways, if you like this series, get this book.

In here only Shadowgate (the second book) is out. I bought it a while ago and it was sort of strange... so many things are unanswered. I think the third book is not even here yet, I hope to read it soon.
I love the series... Emily Rodda has a nice writing style

Icey, you mean the book with the amsked one? That was FREAKY! But awakening sleeping dragons is cool.
Damn, that looks good! I'm suspecting the Sister of the South is Renesh for some reason...and the 3D covers are awesome. I've bought every Deltora Quest 3 Series book for $15 at Whitcouls. Now I'm getting the Ister of the South for $12 from the Scolastic Book Club orders.
The way you said all the mysteries are solved addicts me more....me need south sister! I've read EVERY SINGLE Deltora Quest book (except the Sister of the South, but other than that all series 1 2 and 3).
I didn't like the Isle of the Dead much for a reason that needs an in-depth explanation.
