My friend wants to make a splash page for his Blogspot site, but I only know some basics, so I'm wondering if it is possible to integrate the splash page onto the Blogspot site, or does he need some URL Redirection system with a free splash page?

In my experience with the blogging sites they usually only give you one page to work on. I think if you want a splash page you may need to do something such as create a site at Geocities (or any other host) and then have the index page there as the splash page (this site would also have the URL for the site) and just have something you click from the that will take you over to Blogspot...
