What happened to idb?

This doesn't really have to do with pinkpt but I didn't know where to post this. IDB was (or is maybe) my favorite neopets battledome site and now every time I try to go there this creature world is not available thing comes up. Did finalhit sell the site or something?

I think Creature World and IDB are both on the same server so perhaps the server has gone kersplonk and as a result we're seeing the Creature World site problem notice on both sites which can sometimes happen on server sharing sites
