Christmas Theme

I am curious - will that cute Christmas layout for the forums be coming back? I used that all year around.

EDIT: Wait - never mind. You can't. But will there be one without Neopets imageS?

Also, will name changing be enabled at Christmas? I hope the christmas layout comes back. I would use it. Maybe have pictures of the PPT Staff instead of neopets

well I never used the christmas one so I don't know what it looked like... but maybe we could have one for every holiday... eventually... :battar:

Christmas wasn't really Christmassy, it was like a light blue layout.

And can't ya just bring back name changing for the holiday season! It'll be like a preset! :battar:

I loved that old layout! I would like to see its return, though perhaps 'Wintery' would be a better name for it.

I didn't realize there was a Neopets joke about that phrase.

Well I thought it might be a tonge-in-cheek reference to Neopets moving away from calling things Christmas because of religious conotation. It sounded especially like several threads I have seen in the general chat over the past year or so discussing the issue. But I guess not. The name doesn't matter that much to me.

Oh no, I said it should be called 'Wintery' because it reminded me more of ice. Besides, there wasn't even a hint of either red or green in it; it was all light blue with some white.

wow I guess I would have liked that one since I love blue, but wintery does sound more appropriate. (sp?)

maybe if we can't have holiday ones then different colored ones? now I'm pretty sure it takes time and effort and I'd be willing to help if Icould.... not really sure that anyone would want my help though.... :roll:

The only christmas theme I've seen is the one with snowflakes falling down. Is that the one you all are talking about?

Yes, though after awhile the snowflakes were removed (or they stoped showing up for me).
