That's because Yukio's special being the webmaster and all so he gets the dragstip colors. Jim's just an administrator so he just gets the red ones (well that applies to me too)

It's because Yukio is the ultimate in ultimateness. That means that he should get ultimate ultimatey power over all colours. We get blue- he OWNS blue. Mods get orange- he OWNS orange. Admin get red- he OWNS red. Super mods get green- he... well, you get the picture.

Yeah, they were Blue for us, Green for you, Rainbow for admin then they changed it
