My birthstone is Garnet. My mom gave me a ring when I was 12 with a garnet stone and a gold band. It actually made me like my birthstone.

Mines pearl.
I love pearls (may be alone on this) but theres something very classic and elegant about a string of pearls.
Not to mention that river pearls have some amazingly neat shapes. The colors you can get on good pearls are amazing.
Black pearls are gorgeous as well (good ones).

What she said. I love pearls. They're beautiful (and shiny ). My mom bought a ring with black and white pearls and it's gorgeous. They're just so pretty. Little pearl studs can look so amazing. I'm pretty happy with my birthstone ^^
