There is no good or bad side, just two sides holding different views.

I'm reading the Pendragon series for the first time... now waiting for the third book to be returned to my school library.

I'm reading 'The Devils Dictionary', its a dictionary of 998 words written in 1901 by a very witty and angry man, it has more literal definitions.

Oh good, I had this feeling I was the only one who hadn't read any of the LOTR trilogy. :P

I've been trouble getting past the first 150 pages, in the week or two since I've started it I've read The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Slaughterhouse-Five, and Fast Food Nation, but I still can't get past page 150 in The Fellowship of the Ring.

By the way, all the books I've read so far this week have been excellent. I strongly recommend them.

I wandered around Waldenbooks this afternoon, chatting with random manga fanatics that were flooding the store after leaving Anime Fest {a four day long anime convention that was held in Dallas this weekend}. I ended up buying two graphic novels and American Gods by Neil Gaiman {by the recommendcation of Spiralethe}. I'll probably stop reading it sometime tomorrow when I should be paying attention to whatever class I happen to be in.

Artemis Fowl. I planned to read it a year ago but never found the time. So I gotta read it now >_<

Did I sound grumpy about reading it? Sorry. I do like it :P

Also a fantastic board game. I've never read the book, but my boyfriend has and he said it follows the book fairly well.

I just started Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad, along with all the other books I've previously listed.

I'm reading the Enchanted Forest chronicles. (Dealing with Dragons, Searching for Dragons ect.) I just want to say that Cimorene (in my opinion) was a much better character in the first book than the second.

Urm.

Acorna the Unicorn Girl - Anne McCaffrey (again)
Hunting Unicorns - (has forgotten author)
A regular mishmash of Science fiction that I've read too many times.

I think I need some new books.

((Alex, I have just finished that book. And it is certainly, a good one. :D ))

Feet of Clay by Terry Pratchett. ^^
My friend got me hooked on the series - I also just finished Hogfather.

Also Beowulf and Civilization in the West (history book), but those aren't exactly... voluntary. :P

Currently in the middle of Byzantium by Stephen R. Lawhead.

Oddly though, I was reading it outside on the porch earlier...and I got to a point where I started falling asleep while reading. But I'm in the middle of it. I've gotten that far, by god I'll make it the rest of the way!

Currently reading The Treasured One by David and Leigh Eddings. It's okay, but nowhere near as good as David's earlier stuff and I find myself wandering off to do other things. But I've only got like 50 pages to go, so I'm happy.

After that, it's on to The Charmed Sphere by Catherine Asaro. She's a new author, and I've never read anything by her. But I love the person who did the cover art, and the last time I read something she did the art for, it was phenomenal, so I'll give it a go.

See people, you should always judge a book by its cover :D

I guess you could say I'm technically reading this too. I own Taliesin and Merlin, but can't find Arthur anywhere in Australia. Well, near me anyway. Hopefully it'll go into reprint soon.

*taps fingers impatiently*
