I absoloutely hate greenday and all rap but some people will not listen to anything else, I don't understand it and I try not to understand it.

Ignorance is bliss now isn't it? I'm not saying its not good, because its some people's slice of pie and they love it. I, however, hear a much different song when I hear a rapper talking to a beat. yes it is ignorant but I have heard it, I'm not dismissing it before I hear it.

For the most part yeah, but with rap I have heard enough rap songs to know that I dislike the entire genre, come to me with a rap song and tell me to listen to it, I may like, most likely I won't. (I do like some early beastie boy's stuff though)

Well in that case, I would think Evanescence is the best band ever. They have sold over 13 million albums for their debut album. Which is pretty damn good, especially in this season of everyone downloading music.

But that's just my opinion.

the evanescence album is one of the few albums which i have been out and bought AFTER downloading it.
