Yowch!

Cats can be rather tempermental at times. Once my friend's cat scratched her owner's wrist. Wasn't a fun time for her, everyone thought she was trying to kill herself. -_-;;

That happened to me once.

My cat, however, was more fond of scratching the bottoms of my feet, which was just great in dance. "Quenby, I can't relive" "Your cat again?" Yup, just can't beat that.

My cat doesn't scratch me and she keeps herself immaculately clean. Too bad she's stupid...

Was this before or after you gave yourself a bone-revealing slice with a knife? Why were you washing your cat in becky's clothing? Common sense man!

Anyway, hope your cat doesnt come and get you while you are sleeping as revenge!

I think your cat hate you now. :roflol:

I never carry my cats when I bathe them. I just lock them in the shower area and spray water at them. They can scream all they want and I never get scratch by them.

I leave them to dry themselves. By the way, I only bathe them when the sun is hot. They get themselves dry pretty fast in half an hour. :)

If your finger was cut down to the bone, and then you washed your cat, wouldnt that make your finger even worse because you would have to move it around a lot? And there would be water in it that was on your cat, so its probably dirty, then your finger would get way more infected... I really would think that a person would be smart enough to either not wash the cat or get someone else to wash the cat when your bone is showing.
Why were you wearing Beckys lace and muslin shirt for bathing your cat anyways?

Hm, if you have a wound on your finger that reveals your bone, why don't you have stitches yet? Seeing as an open wound like that would continually bleed, I don't think you'd be up to bathing a cat while wearing a delicate muslin and lace shirt.

Is the bone really showing or were you exaggerating for effect? ;P

You should see my hand. There are a bunch of little scratches and bites from my kitties. I love them to death, but I guess I bug them sometimes.

Thu Dec 23, 2004 7:33 pm

Yeah... I imagine bathing a cat with the alleged finger wound isn't a good idea.

Well, haveing a finger that is cut right through the bone isn't very pleasent and then bathing a cat with a sore finger is more unlikely to be pleasent. Getting water into you're cut will STING and that feeling is terrible and then you're cat slashes you? Heh well i don't think you're day would be that bad....

aww that sucks =( i hate cats xD dogs rock~

Let this be a lesson to ye: never bathe a cat! :P
They are very clean animals and usually wash themselves. And they hate water (well, most do). So don't blame the kitty, blame yourself. If you want to bathe a cat, wear hockey goalie pads.

Oh, my sounds like my friends cat Nice Kittie...no really that is her name, and not because she is nice. I have 1 pet my best little pet friend. She is a 3 year old Bearded Dragon Named Deardre. Much better! No bathing, scratching, messes...the list goes on :) But I am really sorry you got hurt...next time full body armor...or like a post or so above a nice enclosed shower

That's why you never give a cat a bath. :P Why the heck did you try to blo-dry it? Now that is just plain hilarious!
