If I had any powers at all, I would want them to be healing powers. I'd put hospitals, nursing homes, and any other place like that out of business. I am just not sure what would happen if someone really could do something like that. I kind of believe that people are meant to die, not live forever. I know I don't want to live forever. But I'd at least want to take all their pain away, make them so they can walk, talk, and think for themselves clearly until the end. But I don't know if that is a gift or a curse. I mean, some people are dying, but thank goodness they don't even know it. If I were to take all their disease away, and all their pain, they may still be mad. Maybe they would say, well now I am going to still die, and all I can do is sit here thinking about it. I've seen a lot of very old people who are like 90 or 100, who can get around pretty good and their minds are still there. Some are happy and some don't seem to see how lucky they are. It is rarer the older you get not to have anything the matter with you, though. If nothing, old people usually have a bit of hearing loss, or vision loss, or lose some sence of taste, or have stiff joints. But I've seen a lot of very happy old people, and a lot of very angry and bitter old people. I noticed a lot of the very happy ones, don't seem to have a lot to be happy about, while the bitter and mean ones have it a lot better off. I've seen people who are happy, and can't do anything for themselves at all, but always smile and thank you. While some who can do just about anything they want for themselves, won't lift a finger, call for help constanty, and complain as you help them that you aren't doing it right, not matter how hard you try to please them. Sometimes I wonder about the mean people, where they always mean, or did life make them that way? I want to help them, but I just can't. And then there is one lady I care for who is totally bedridden, and always says "Thank you, I appreciate you." She always smiles, and I've never seen her say an unkind word. I always think to myself, if anyone deserved a miricle, she would. But maybe she doesn't need one? Maybe her job/purpose right now is just to be there being her nice old self. I guess I can say I did learn something of human nature from her and even from all of them.

Sometimes I can predict music videos that'll come onto Launch! yahoo or a music channel..it's odd. Like sometimes a song will pop into my head and the music video'll come on.

Some of my dreams come true. Not half of them, but more than a quarter. It's weird though, because they don't always happen just like in my dream, but the end result is the same. Most of the time though, my good dreams never come true, it's just the bad ones.

My husband and I say things together... although a lot of people are on the same 'wave length' as each other... random things too, like we'll be talking about computers, and all of a sudden both of us remember the trash, or are hungry. Or we won't have called each other all day at work, but then we both call at the same time. *shrug*

My dreams usually come true in some way. Not directly but things in my dreams symbolize other things and such. I seem to be able to predict whether i'll like a song when i hear its name. Otherwise, i have the usual supernatural powers of ESP and telekenesis and such

Well, I do have 2 odd powers. I can sort of 'control' the wind around me. Its weird, cause when I rollerblade, the wind is allways pushing me foward. Kinda cool though.

Also, I am good at manipulating people's minds through Yugioh. I can make friends not like each other,etc.

I'm sorry but I just came across this thread and I felt that I needed to point out my special powers - I can literally affect the gravity around me. If i concentrate really hard, everyone around me starts feeling really light, as if they dont weigh anything at all. When i do this, people can drop anything on to the floor and it just gently bounces back up.

But I dont show it to many people because, well, it's so special and makes me unique.

Some of the people in my family (including myself) have a couple of strange qualities. We sometimes can know a thing before it happens, and many of us are sensetive to the presence of people that have moved on. I used to think I was crazy or something until I talked to my mother and she told me that quite a few people in my family go through the same thing. I'm happy my cousin has it, because she's my age and we can talk about it sometimes. I really don't like it very much. It makes sleep difficult and I don't like spending time alone.

i dont think this is really common or rare or whatever cause ive never asked anybody cause ill sound stupid. in my head i have always heard a pinging sound.if i listen to it and really concentrate on it i can hyear wind in my ears but i cant feel it. when something electrical is on the sound is louder and more high pitch. does everyone have this?

Nope. Not here. I'm totally un-unique in the special powers department.

Lets see... oh yes!
I swear there is something follwing me around wherever I go...
like im walking up the street to my home, and I hear a bush rustle. I look at it for abit and it rustles again, and I look and there is nothing there to make it rustle and it still rustles when im right up to it... and sometimes when im in my room or soemplace I swear somethings watching me, so I turn on the lights, and a shadow doesn't go away, cunfuzzled I grab a flashlight and shine it at the shadow.
The shadow absorbs ALL the light.
and sometimes im half way through falling down mid trip, and I get my balance back...
I know about all of you (xP) are gonna say im lying or something but this is all exactly what happens to me nearly every day (though I havn't tripped in a while so that might've been a one time thing) but the shadow that wont go away and the rustling bushes and stuff, they happen everyday or nearly everyday....

So funny! I was just thinking of this topic a couple of hours ago!

Anyway, y'all are going to call me the Pet Psychic now, but I can talk to animals telepathically. Yeah, I know, it sounds like a hoax, but it's true! I have full conversations with my cat, and I can call him from across the house without making a sound... He tells me when he's hungry, upset, etc... I just realized and started working with this power a few months ago...

Another thing is I can pick up emotions and thoughts from people, and I can make them forget things... I don't do it anymore because it's a violation of privacy; I only purposly read them when I think someone's lying to me... I never make people forget things anymore, but it was freaky... I'd look into their eyes, pretending I was staring off into space, like I do alot, and both times, all of a sudden, they'd stop what they were doing, stare off into space for what seemed like 5 or 10 minutes to me, but might have been just seconds, and then they went on... They even had the same expressions... It was creepy...

My friend can control the wind... and another friend can put up forcefield things to protect her from stuff, but she can't really control them yet...

I know why I can control mine, but I'm not going to post it here because it could be controversial, so PM me if you want to know...
