I take cold showers because I have low heat tolerance.

Eh, I like both. I like hot showers and hate cold showers. I also like cold weather and hate the hot. I like cold more though.

At first I stay at lukewarm in the beggining but then just as i am about to get out I put the water to super hot so then my skin is still hot as i get out of the shower. (aka i wont feel the cold air.)

I have a couple steps. Because I get really lightheaded in heat, (yay) I make it warm at first. Then after I'm done with soaping up, I but it on BLASTING HOT and do my hair. I'll feel a little dizzy and that's when I turn it to ice cold and stand in it for about ten minutes. The cold feels soooo good after being burnt.

I love hot showers and I'll have them in both the winter and summer. The only problem I have with hot showers is sometimes if the bathroom fills up with too much steam I start to get dizzy so I have to be careful of that. In the summer when its really humid I'll finish my shower by gradually turning down the hot water until its only cold just before I get out so I'm nice and cool.

I'd say... In between. I used to like hot showers, but my mom really likes to save money, so she makes everyone take showers that are just warm, not hot.
