New Movie: Son of Mask

I looks awfull. Its a bad idea to make a sequal after the movies turned at least five*cough*Star Wars*cough* but this just looks dum. The mask was good, and the ending was good. I don't need a sequal. Pokemon Kid, you took the rest of this rant right out of my mouth. My thoughts exactly.

Star Wars is different though. There was a history implied in the original films that could allow for the prequels to be made.

The Mask is different though. There really is no history nor a heavily implied future. The first movie had enough closure to it.

Well, two pointers from my part:

I did not like the first Mask movie anyway.
Sequels usually suck.

Conclusion:

This sequel will probably suck more than sequels usually do.

this is hard because *alan cumming* is in the sequal to the mask, as loki no less. and it's going to be the most horrible movie ever, but it's *alan cumming* which is so much of a heartwrenching horrible thing. because he must be in all of the worst movies ever.

Jim Carey isn't even in it! He made the Mask! Not worth seeing IMO...

I didn't like the first Mask so I'll definetly NOT see this one.
Sounds like it's just going to be cheesy jokes with high budget fx.
