Level 15 maybe? I just think that's a good place to stop, although the levels don't serve much of a purpose.

I'd probably say somewhere between 5 and 10. I'm not a big BDer, so I can't say how much of an effect their level has on the amount of damage caused.

Gone, forever.

The level of a petpet is said to have some influences inthis article. My petpet is level 5, but it seldom pops out to help me :(
Anywhere between 5 and 15 sounds reasonable to me :)
