Yes! I love this night as well.

There was a time when Wednesday was my least favourite day of the week (not only that... it was 2nd least favourite thing in the world). But thanks to Lost (and as of this season, my new found Alias)... Wednesday is the best day ever!

EDIT: I posted my thoughts on the episode, then I realized I was the last to post, so I just edited them together...

Woah! Charlie! I really actually didn't see that coming, which is a shocker, as I am usually good at predicting what will happen when watching a show. I agree though, there's no way they could have contained him if they did manage to capture him.

I was so relieved that Claire was happy at the end. I really thought that she wouldn't trust him after that. But she did and I'm happy. Peanut Butter!!!

Poor Random Extra... I mean Steve... I mean Scott... He was so young... or... old? or... well they didn't really talk about him ever did they...

Charlie's story was sad/funny (good old puke-humour...). At first I was thinking "How does this relate to the story on the island?" but then I figured it out... That last bit was sad...

What's up with Jin? He seemed to be concerned about the baby. Or he is just suspicious of his wife's language abilities...

Why does it always rain when something exciting happens? It was all sunny and then BAM as soon as they try to trap Ethan, it starts to rain... Curse you pathetic fallacy! It just makes it so hard to see at times!

EDIT AGAIN: Just saw the preview for the next episode: Looks good. I wonder how Jack and Sawyer are somehow connected... Hmm...

Now we'll never know what Ethan was up to. I mean, I can understand why he did it -- the guy did hang him after all, but still. Idiot! They had him cornered like a scared rabbit!

That scene was soooooo cool, although it took the others an awful long time to help Jack out (but then again, Jack was doing a fine enough job tanning his hide alone!). Ethan is tough, but he's not uber. So cool. I'm not embarrassed at all to say I have a love of fight scenes.

I think the previews are tricking us; according to the synopsis, Sawyer's not after revenge against Jack, he's after revenge against a boar that he thinks is pestering him (lol, I know).

I think that somehow Ethan will come back. If not, his motives will be revealed. He probably has connnections to the French woman...

Best Episode Ever

I have to say that it was pretty stupid for Charlie to shoot Ethan, they could of found out if there were others (which I'm guessing they are).

A few posts ago i asked if Ethan was gone who the 'bad guy' would be. Weeeeeeellllllllllll...I think Claire was turned 'bad' by Ethan and he made her forget everything but since he was shot she is 'starting' to remember...make sence? Probably not

Jin might be a 'bad guy' aswell because he was an assinator before right?!?!?

Next week looks awesome! I don't think Sawyer is going to kill Jack though because he is too well liked...both of them

I think you mean: assassin. I would call him more of a hit-man though. Like I said though, he's either bad or he was just suspicious of his wife (because he kept asking her things that she shouldn't know if she didn't speak english). Oh well, it's a Jin episode in 2 weeks, so maybe we'll find out then.

Also, the French woman could still be the next bad guy. Hurley searches her out in 3 weeks, so you never know.

I think they will focus on inner-struggle for a while though. Or struggles within the group.

Very nice episode. For a split second I thought that the shots came from someone else completely, like out from the woods. Dunno why that thought flashed through my head. Then I saw Charlie, and it made sense......

Loved the fight scene, though.

I had the same thought. For a minute I thought oh no another group of people is on the island and they just killed him. It took me a minute to figure out where Charlie got the gun from. I'm not sorry Charlie killed him. I figure eventually Claire will start to get her memory back and we'll learn more about Ethan. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought Jin was being kind of creepy when asking about the baby. I can't wait for next weeks episode. When they gave Locke and Sawyer both a gun I thought maybe that wasn't such a bright idea , we'll see.

Grrr. I was hoping Charlie would say, "Because I remembered." when Jack asked him why he shot Ethan. That would've been so cool. D=

Oh well. At least Claire's alive and Ethan's dead.

Though Ethan being dead won't really help if my hunch about him having at least one partner turns out to be right. =(

At first I thought that Claire had shot Ethan, then they showed Charlie. I kept shaking my finger at the tv saying "Bad Charlie! Bad bad bad!"


At the begining when Claire was talking to Charlie and she asked "Who is Ethan?", I was thinking "He's Tom Cruise's cousin that always seems to play bad guys, that's who he is!" *shrugs* I'm weird, I know.

It was an alright episode.
I was a little disappointed in it.
I knew they were gonna go get Sawyer for that 4th gun though heh
I'm starting to like Sawyer alot more as the episodes go on.

I knew Charlie was gonna do something to screw things up. Just thought that maybe he'd get himself hurt again, but as soon as it showed Jack dropping his gun... I said riht there to my bf.... Charlie is gonna shoot Ethan.
Bit obvious that was gonna happen specially they made a big deal about keeping Ethan alive etc etc.

Any bets on the next time the French woman is going to make another appearance?
Or when another weirdo is gonna pop up?

My money's on Sayid's upcoming episode, "Sides." Sayid is obsessed with the French woman and the others, so it would have to have something to do with them. Maybe they'll go on an epic trek to the Black Rock?
