Let's see... my niece just turned five, but I remember the day she was born.
My sister's water broke at abourt 10 pm, but the actual labor (contractions) didn't start until about 2 am. Veronica was born at 2 pm the following afternoon. My mother and I stayed at the hospital with her the whole time. We were VERY exhausted by the time it was over, and so we went home and slept for a long time.

We finally got the weighing in and surprisingly he was wasn't small. He weighed in at 8 pounds and 10 1/2 ounces.
I don't get to see him today because I am home sick from school and obviously can't be around the baby or my sister while I'm sick. :\
