Well I use Fusion News, works great. I also use a PHP code to use the forums as a posting system, and the posts show up on the front page.

I don't have CHMOD or CPanel.
I need another news posting system.
Not Fusion or Cutenews.
Know any that I don't have to use CHMOD to use?
