Discuss music in any form from rock bands to Britney Spears' latest VMA performance. It's all good!

Eheh...I only have 7 CDs. Two of which aren't really mine. The other four I bought kinda recently, but they all just happened to be 2002/2003 releases.
In December, I bought...
Songs About Jane - Maroon 5
Folklore - Nelly Furtado
Elephunk - Black Eyed Peas
(well, it's my sister's, but I'll count it anyway even though I haven't actually listened to it)
And received as presents...
A Rush of Blood To The Head - Coldplay
(I've wanted this one for the longest time)
Fallen - Evanescence
Around 8 years ago, my sister bought...nah, it's too embarrassing to say. :P But between 8 years ago and December '04, we didn't buy any CDs.

I bought a Kenny Rodgers CD once for my mom for Christmas. Cost a whole 8 dollars, and my dad payed for it.
Never bought a CD in my life. Everyone I own has been a gift, found, or downloaded.

Probably my replacement of Maroon 5 - Songs About Jane. My original one broke, so I had to buy a new one from Kwik Save.

"Ignition", from The Offspring.
That was a while back though.

"Diamond Lane" from Raining Jane, an LA based all-female folk rock group that performed at my school a week before spring break.
They really are amazingly talented. Even my two good friends who are eagerly awaiting the 2050's so they can say they lived through "the 50's" (they love the clothes and the music of the time), had to admit they had talent!
It should have been "Shift and Blur EP" from The Daylights, but cdbaby was sold out when I finally decided I wanted to spend the money

...hopefully they'll be back in stock eventually.

Social Distortion: Self titled
Minor Threat: Complete Discography
Operation Ivy: Complete Discography
REM: Automatic for the People
Most cds I've ever bought at one time.

Whoops, forgot about those. I got "Anywhere But Home" as a gift, the same with "Origin" even though the copy I have is fake.

Well today I bought a CD of whale songs. Just can't resist those whales!

You just blew my mind.
On the bright side, I think those whales have more talent than Hilary Duff, so it all works out.
