Ah yes, I forgot Dr. Robotnic from Sonic. That guy just wouldn't give up, would he?

The G Man (Half-Life) - okay so he aint really a bad guy as such, but he's bloody awesome nonetheless.

Cortex (Crash Bandicoot) - Because he finds difficulty in capturing a jumping marsupial

Rez (Gex games)- Because he's one of the few villians I've ever seen who wishes to take over TV Land

Psycho Mantis (Metal Gear Solid) - Coolest... Boss Battle.... Ever. Period

Captain K.Rool (Donkey Kong Country 2) - Freaked me out when I was about 8 years old, coz I could never kill him.

5. Crazy Hand (SSBM) - Dude! It's a crazy floating hand! How can you NOT love it?!
4. King DeDeDe (Kirby) - Who can't love a penguin with a giant hammer?
3. Lavos (Chrono Trigger) - This guy was always fun to kill.
2. Sigma (Megaman X) - Of course I have to put a Megaman character in here! Sigma, so evil, so fun to destroy...
1. Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde (Pacman) - Floating pixellated blobby ghosts! Awwww! ^^

How can pixelleted cuteness not be one of the top villains? I had totally forgotten about them. (Which is stupid...because I was playing Pacman just yesterday. ^^;; )

5: Walnut/Faded (Phantom Brave) He rocks! ...and he spends so much of the game drinking. ^^;;
4: The Squid! (Soul Reaver again) "And if I told Moebius that he was serving a giant squid, do you think his faith would falter?"

2: Edwin from Baldur's Gate I and II. I know he was in your party, but he tried to kill me at least three times.

The funniest part in Clock Tower was when you walk into one of the scissor's room and he's sitting there watching cartoons. The Scissormen are probably the freakiest in a Survival Horror.

1. Prince Luca Blight - Suikoden II. This guy is one of the toughest villians ever, but the game is too obscure so people don't vote for him in things.

2. Bowser - Mario Brothers game. Man, this guy and his kids always come along and mess things up. And they keep coming back!

3. Shaft and Dracula - Symphony of the Night. Talk about jerks....

4. Dr. Eggman/Robotnik - Sonic the Hedgehog. Quick, someone call PETA.

5. Neclord - Suikoden I/II. OK, so I couldn't think of anyone better. He isn't as hard as other bosses in these games, but he is quite annoying and he throws some nasty things at you to fight.

Honorable mention: Heihachi and Kazuya from the Tekken Series, The Profound Darkness from Phantasy Star 4, the boss from Bubble Bobble and Zeon from Shining Force II.
