Yep. I love using photoshop. I like to enter to see my work used. Prizes are only an added bonus.

I put other, as I don't enter any set contests. I am horrible at them. =P
But if I could make sets... I'd have to say yes, just to see what the maker thinks of the set. I dunno.

I don't really care too much about prizes, as I don't play Neopets much anymore. I just enter whatever contests I think will be fun. And I like winning. 
It helps if the contest holder has some kind of prize graphic or something.
