Ah but they all have a weakness.

Dinosaurs are too big. Not always fast, not always useful (What's up with the T-rex stubby arms?!). Plus, they're stupid.

Ninjas are always pretty small. Strength is lacking too.

Robots are easily defeated. Can be short circuited, pushed into water etc. They're also stupid.

Pirates are too cool.

But they'd get sand in their gears, and wouldn't function properly.

I think we're all just choosing whatever we think is cool, rather than who would actually win. Face it, ninjas wouldn't win against huge, fast, carnivorous beasts who can either pound them into the ground, or toss them around like a ragdoll. Yes, ninjas may defeat pirates and robots, but ninjas don't work together (hell, they might even kill each other!), and picking them off should be easy for a dinosaur.

Granted, they may kill a few, but not enough.

I think robots would win if they were massive smurf ones.
They wouldn't get sand in their gears because they're super ace modern smurf robots and designed to get past that kind of thing. Yeesh.

Well, they could be crunched by the dinosaurs' teeth.

It's a mysterious Island, there must be a Volcano.

No dinosaur can get past my huge robots.

You're really underestimating the sheer SIZE of this thing.

And one little tap in the direction of water and..... KAHBOOM! Bye bye.

It's highly unlikely that a ninja would be trampled or even touched as they can vanish in a puff of smoke, and they've got all of that ninjutsu junk on their side. One shuriken in the eyeball, and there's not much you can do. A dinosaur (such as the raptor) would not have the intelligence to start parrying a blade attack if a fight were to ensue and since ninja's have the "ultra senstive um... sensing skills" they could sense the raptor from a long ways away.

I think I used up most of the falsified ninja generalizations in there...

As for the robot. Every robot has a HUGE weakness, whether it be a huge red button on the back that says "HIT ME!" or it be taking out one of the leg joints, to putting sugar in it's fuel tank. They are also very sluggish as well.

Pirates... are a drunken mess. They probably wouldn't even fight, just sit there and drink, thus being the last one alive. So in a sense, the pirate might win. :P

*gigglesnort*

We seem to be using stereotypes.

Ninjas cannot fly/do magic/vanish into puffs of smoke (*stares daggers at Kugestu* :P).

Uh.. yeah I think so...
The Dinosaur would eat it full stop.
