Such a difficult choice. 
I really like both characters. Dumbledore because he is just so cool and fun. Sirius is a great character and I love his attitude.

Dumbledore again! Sirius just seemed desperate in 5th book. I did tear up when he died though.

Sirius. Sirius is (was?) possibly my favourite character in all the HP books, and I've begun to hate the fifth book for killing him. ¬_¬ His attitude is cool, his personality is cool-but-evil, and he's generally not a nice guy... but he's on the run, he didn't kill anybody (though he tried to (Snape)) and therefore has been misjudged, and... yeah.
Plus the fact that Dumbledore plain /annoys/ me.

sirius is woefully overrated.
i was completely uninterested when he died. he wasn't that great of a character. got on my nerves, frankly.

Dumbledore of course, Sirius is not only starting to annoy me, but rather deadish as well. Grumpy, where is your sense of humour? Oh, you're dead, sorry. Where WAS your sense of humour then...
