Pfft, you don't need bangs. I had bangs once, didn't like 'em, so I combed them to the side and it wasn't too noticeable. In fact it looked good. So just comb 'em to the side, 'kay? :D

I say you should just cut all the fringe off, I for one haven't had bangs since I was a little thing and I can't imagine how annoying they'd be.
Uh-uh NEVER do that!! You've got to grow it out, don't lop it all off.
...I lopped mine off and I suffered no damage whatsover. o.o

Ha. My mom did that to me when I was about 13. She wanted to cut my bangs, then cut them uneven and kept trying to even them out. Pretty soon my bangs were about 2 inches long. I wanted to throttle her.
I ended up doing a side part and brushing them up off of my face. A bit of gel and hairspray and it looked OK. Not great, but at least I didn't look like a bowl had been used to cut my bangs.
I agree with what others have suggested: go to a professional and have him/her feather them for you.

My mum cut my hair once. Sadly, she'd had a couple of glasses of champagne beforehand.
Never again

Too bad my mom isn't around.

You wouldn't need another haircut for about a year.
In 6th grade she gave me a perm that fell out into extreme fuzziness--did this three days before picture day. Then the following year, cut my fringe almost completely off--once again right before picture day. So, what little left stuck up because of my cowlick.
I do believe that I have burned every picture taken of me during 6th and 7th grades.
Needless to say, the scissors were permanently taken away from her after my bangs fiasco.

Then either go to a professional, chop it all off, or go to a professional to get it chopped off. (I recommend last option)

Don't cut them off if youve had them for a while. Because they grow back straight up for a while, all choppy and gross. Don't do it, let them grow out.

OMG! Really did cut to short. But, definitly go to a professional so they can help you out. Or just wear a cool stylish hat so it wont be like your trying to hide something.

LOL. I did the same thing when I was in gr 10. I've been trimming my own bangs forever and I'm actually really good at it. Until I sneeze. Yes, sneeze. It was Christmas vacation, 2 days before I went back to school, and I was trimming my bangs and I sneezed, and the scissors slipped and I ended up with lopsided bangs. The only way to even them out was to cut them really short, so I did. Needless to say, gel and hairbands became my best friends for about 8 wks.

I really can't see what good chopping off all of your (remaining) fringe is going to do. It'll just grow back and then you'll be in the same boat, only worse. All you can do is wait for it to grow back. In the meantime, you coult try pinning the short stuff back with cute barrettes, or holding it back with gel, or something. A hairdresser might be able to make it look better, but really, in the long run, there's little more you can do than to just wait it out.
Whatever you do, don't cut it all off.

lol When I was 8 or 9 my grandma visited my house. Since I was trying to impress her I was dancing, singing, and trying to do crazy things. So then I cut part of my bangs off to try to impress her. Anyway it ended up with my mom yelling at me and my hair had to be cut so short it looked like a little boy.
