While I'll agree about the no nudity bit, they have done serious lesbian kisses (on ER on NBC) and non-serious, comedic gay male and lesbian kisses (on plenty of shows on NBC, including Will & Grace, Friends, and Seinfeld) about time for ABC to get with the program.
