You most likely misunderstood Yukio, the commercials are quite irritating as sometimes I don't understand what that little pink elephant is saying. His british accent is quite heavy (At least to me it was). The word actually is "Heffalump".

But still, sue and they'll give you $500,000 to keep quiet.

If a lady can win a lawsuit from spilling hot coffee on herself, I can't see why you won't win this case.

I saw the Heffalump movie with a friend. Not for like, fun, just we were bored and there wasn't much else playing. We had a great time, you know, "Oh, no! Roo! Don't go into the scary cave!"

And don't worry, Yukio. It's more like "Heffalum-PUH" anyway.
