I was wondering, does saying a (fairly) bad word to a petpet get you frozen. AKA, do petpets have a report button on them?

I don't know, but Sharon (Cameron_Kirsten's Ghostkerchief) once warned him to "Oi! Don't swear! This is a family site!"

Although it's not like anyone can see what you write when you talk to petpets, still I think its best to make sure anything you type on Neopets is right for all ages to see.

erm, I think you're wrong there, they CAN see what you write to petpets. They can see eeevveerrryttthiinnggg *spooky music* lol

They don't freeze you, because I have done it before aswell. Saying that though, they might keep a closer eye on your messages and stuff if your always swearing at your petpet, anyway, why would you want to?!

they shouldn't freeze you. it's not like anyone else can see the swearing to your petpet so it doesn't harm anyone

I swore in swedish at my petpet

Ah, good. Probably won't say anything kinda offensive (damn and hell are not offensive though, so I'll say them if I want - The PetPets don't say that's bad) to them - now I know. It wasn't a swear in my mind though, but I don't want to risk it

That sounds like the (in)famous filters in action, getting that Don't swear! message.
If you question anything you might type anywhere on the site, like wondering is this ok or not ok then it's usually safe to assume it's not ok.
Oh, just a btw - I know those 2 words are on the site and I know the filters don't pick them up but I have seen people warned for using those 2 words.

Yes, my friend got a warning for using damn and hell, but that might have been repetitive times, i'm not sure.
