I've never really been a cheese eater, and chedder is basically the one one I eat, so I picked none.

Mozarella. Fresh mozarella more so- you know, the kind you buy that's
really, really soft and probably in water- that.
I always get mozarella in tiny balls in a container filled with water whenever I go to Trader Joes, as I also get hummus. Mozarella covered with hummus=love.

I don't eat cheese by itself, unless it's cheddar cheese, and even that I eat rarely. I mean, I just like cheese on pizza and in burgers, I guess, but it's not like I'm peeling it apart to see what kind it is, so I dunno ...
