{ Gosh, this is so fun. Yay!! Inex's here! Lilac- thanks for the compliment too!! }
Roy nodded along, listening to the slightly talkative young lady, smiling at some of the more... humourous parts of her story. "That's quite all right. About the floor, I mean." he blushed a little too.
Why did he add "About the floor, I mean"? Of course the girl knew he had be talking about the floor, she was just talking about it, he thought.
He then checked at the list of potions waiting to be picked up. Glancing at the list, he tried to look for... what was the name??
ARGH! I can't believe I forgot! he thought furiously inside his brain, blushing at the thought. He went through each of the names carefully, finally stopping at once that sounded a little more complex. He looked over. Simple cough medicine. Perfect.
"Simple cough medicine for Lydiane Azaleathye?" he asked. He hope he pronouced those syllables correctly, it was so confusing. He laughed a little at the thought, then went over to the pick up shelf and handed a bundle to her. He glanced up at her face, noticing that she was quite... pretty. He smiled. "Maybe you should stay here for a while, you're all wet and besides, I could do with some company."
His boss came out of his office. "Roy, I'm going to be leaving, I want you to take care of the store. Obviously I'm going to assume you know all the closing times and such. I have a very important meeting to go to. Make sure you do everything correctly. I can't tolerate any more of this accursed rain!!" He gave Roy another glare. "AND FINISH THE HEALING POTION!" His tiny, little fly-like wings flapped quickly and propelled him to the bark, leaf-covered door, which he slammed with quite a large force.
Roy laughed meekly. "He's like that, Artur."

Ray left quickly through the door and flew down quickly, arching his back to avoid some of the raindrops, dragonfly wings fluttering brilliantly. He was so high, he could see a little toddler throwing rocks at the raindrops and making them explode. He laughed. That was Troy, who lived with his mother, Oliva.
Suddenly, a large raindrop fell on him, knocking him towards the ground. He gave a loud scream in his tenor voice, then fell, as his clothes and wings was heavy with water and he couldn't shake them off. He was going too fast, and he couldn't see where he was going. He flapped his wings as fast as he could, trying to get back into the air--they were wet and hard to lift, but he succeeded in at least slowing his fall, finally landing softly at the place he saw in the air--Oliva's house. He lay on the top of the birdhouse, looking downwards, towards the pond. He was panting, he could have drowned. Clutching fearfully and desperately on the rooftop, he called for help.
{ Lol, webkitty, you gave me the idea
