o_O, O_o, o.O, O.o?

Uh, the one I mostly use is o__O, I guess (Only with just one underscore =P). But I also use - o_o o-O o-o and then the same ones with a semicolon behind them.

I'm not picky about my smileys, no...! ^_^

O_O I use for shocked/suprised as it's two eyes wide open whereas the other is a raised eyebrow. Smiley love ^^

I used to use o_O until I first came to PPT- it turned into an emoticon which I didn't really like. So rather than putting in tags in between or ticking "disable smilies," I went for reversing it. It's stuck as a habit ever since, now I think o_O is strange.

Hm. To me, O_o has always been different from O_O. Isn't "O_O" supposed to be more, well, shocked than o.O?

But I don't ever used the o.O smiley. That's because the eyes look weird. So whenever I'm shocked I just go O_O (that's what I do in real life anyways, my eyebrows shoot up too. =P)

and I thought the dot in o.O was a mouth too.
