Mine would have to be "ER". It was the first show in my opinion which really let out the other doctor shows to start. It's still running strong and it's just amazing.

Edit:

The "Other" option didn't go through, odd, if you don't like any of those shows, post your favourite.

Hands down. I could never get into ER.

HOUSE HOUSE HOUSE HOUSE HOUSE.

*ahem* Sorry.

Grey's Anatomy I like too, but that comes at a distant second.

HOUSE! Best show ever.

I don't really watch doctor/hospital shows, but I found Scrubs the most amusing.

House.

It's actually the only one of those I've watched :P

I was on the fence for that, I didn't know if it related to the medical field. From the previews I saw, it didn't seem like it.

I loved Scrubs when it first came out, but NBC kept flipping it around in the schedule and I could never get used to when it was showing, so I never watched it anymore (plus, my husband doesn't like it).

ER is good, but has been on soooo long. It's kind of getting a bit stale, so I've stopped watching it (plus, my husband doesn't like it).

Now, I watch House. It's hardly the best show I've seen, but is highly amusing...and my husband actually likes it too! We make it a point to watch it each week. That's my vote, and entirely too much information along with it. ^_-

House is the only one I watch. I've never seen any of the others.

And I like House, too. :P So that's my vote.

Grey's Anatomy, as I haven't watched enough of the others (except for ER, which is a classic I never go into that much. :\)

I would watch House, but I think I've been Housed-out without even watching it. xD *stares at WIS*

Definately House.
Actually, the first show I thought of was Doctor Who, but I don't think that it counts.

Grey's Anatomy, it's the only one I've seen enough of.

I've seen them all. House wins for me, but Grey's Anatomy is a great show, too. That's a close second. It's not the medical aspect I like of House- it's House himself. Good character.

Yea. It relates to the Time-Travelling-Alien-With-2-Hearts-And-A-Robot-Dog field.

I say ER. Tis the longest running and it has some of the best storylines. I mean, THEY HAD A GUY GETTING HIS ARM CHOPPED OFF DUE TO A HELICOPTER ROTER!!! WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT!?
