Here's the thing to do.

Get mouthwash. No mouthwash? Just put some toothpaste in your mouth followed by water and swoosh it all around your mouth.

If it feels like Satan has set up shop in there, identify what bit it's at and put some anbesol on at that bit.

This reminds me of when I was a kid, I fell off a moonwalk and knocked out my front teeth, i choked on them for like 2 hours... it hurt... damn...
