Now that I really look at this study, it really only tests the response to bad things happening to people you dislike. Now, I wouldn't really call that revenge. For it to be revenge, the vengeful party actually has to do something. I think that would definitely make a difference--which explains why those mean girls who made fun of me in high school seemed to be enjoying themselves so much.

I don't think this study shows that men are simple minded. It just shows a trend in emotions.
