Have you ever gotten a haircut, and worried about what others will think about it? It is spring break where I am, and I can't wait to see what my friends think of my new "do."

I really like it, and don't really care what others think of it. But I know it has happened to many others, who don't like their hair-cut and get made fun of for it.

So if you have a bad hair cut/style story to tell, this would be the place. Sorta random, I know, but we are under the "Miscellaneous Discussion" board to I guess we're ok.

What is your hair like? Do you like it? Is it thick, thin, curly straight, dyed a bright color...?

(What? You think I am... what? BORED??? No way!)

I hate haircuts.

A normal haircut will make my hair stand up, hence I'll look like a pineapple (what? no pineapple emotion?)

I used to hate my hair, and it took me months and months to finally convince my mom to let me get a new hairstyle. A few months ago (on Valentine's day, actually) I went to the hairdresser to get it cut, but I forgot to bring the picture along that showed how I wanted it. I described it to her, and she started to cut it and I was really scared because I had no clue how it was going to turn out, but in the end it looked great and I suprised everyone at school the next day.

I get my hair cut way too often. Heh, I get bored with my hair after a month or so and toddle off to the hairdressers for a style change. I've been growing it for ages now though and I'm getting sooo bored!

I may even resort to getting rid of the purple to go back blonde! :O

Once my mother told the stylist to give me a buzz cut and then leave long hair in front so I could spike it.

However, I requested a full-on buzz.

I was mad. I HATE spiked hair on me. HATEHATEHATE.

BTW, that's me with spiked hair that's not in front. It's okay for when I shower, but I always comb it down. o_o

Me too! I get bored after 2-3 months... speaking of which.... cutting my hair during the holidays (in 2 weeks) and dyeing it bright red... can't wait!!

I know someone who gets his haircut every two weeks.

Boys are different though because the shorter your hair gets, the quicker it grows out of it's style. Two weeks is still pretty much though.

Yeah, I dyed my hair auburn last year, but it turned out pretty subtle, so on the one hand, I wanted to keep a tally of how many people noticed it, but on the other, I was nervous someone would say "since when have you been dying your hair", because I'm not really the hair-dying type. But it worked out, especially when my hair started to grow back in.

EDIT: A haircut every two weeks, you say? Hee, hee, hee.
