No.

Just to point people in the right direction, you need to focus on how he escaped from his cell in the first place--what was standing in his way, how he got through it. What happened afterwards has pretty much already been established. There are still a few details here and there, but they are nonmaterial and can quickly and much more easily be established at the end to form a complete story. You need to shift your focus from the aftermath to the actual escape.

Before?
Was the guard from whom Benny stole the clothes disabled at the time of stealing?

Did he break the lamp?

If so did he take advantage of the darkness of night and no lamp to aattack the guard as he came to check on the lamp?

Sorry, nope.

Another hint: Instead of focusing on how he stole the clothes, focus on how he escaped from the cell in the first place. Noo was on the right track earlier (in concept, the actual information was still wrong). Form the framework for the story first, then figure out what details you need to finish.

Did he utilize every item in his cell?

Did he somehow use the bed in his escape?
His change of clothing?
The trash can?
The lamp?
Perhaps a tray or eating utensil from his meal?


These may seem like pointless and redundant questions, but it would seriously help me out a bit to know exactly which items in the cell he utilized. :P
