That's the next step. Fortunately in NZ we have native birds to protect us from his tyrannial empire building.

All he has to do is stay more than 6 inches above the ground at all times and he's free from your guard birds. Or he could just stay on sidewalks with high curbs.

Because of the high level of earthquake risk, most buildings are less than 6 inches off the ground, however even then. what would he do about the three metre high man eating Moas?
