Sometimes three years can be a great big wad of difference. Not always(my boyfriend is four years older than me, but luckily for me he's a combination of very innocent and moderately immature that makes things work out), but I've seen that most high school relationships where the difference is more than two years are rather messed up. Then again, a large number of high school relationships are messed up anyway.
Bear in mind that depending on where you live and your ages, a relationship with a three-year difference could result in legal issues...you know, statutory et cetera.

Back on topic--
Cry: Stupid paper on freedom is due Friday and I'm about 450 words short

Gloat: They recovered The Scream a couple days ago. That makes me happy for some odd reason, considering I'm not even particularly interested in art.

Cry: He's a senior and I'm a freshman so my parents are all like "HELL NO" :P

That makes him what? 2 years older then you? I don't see how your parents get to choose who you see and who you date. Of course it depends on parents and where you live but its a strange concept for me because over here girls and guys date without really asking parents. Its their lives and if they want to date they know its their right. I'm just really unfamiliar with the concept of parents having a say on dating in general. esspecially if they have never even met the person.

It's more to do with that lecture girls get when they enter high school. It goes something like this:

"An older guy is only going to date a younger girl to corrupt her and get in her pants so stay away from them or I'll disown you!"

Gloats:

:D The guy at SportMart was flirting with me when I went to get a new mouthguard

I have to wear platform shoes in order to be able to push the clutch in all the way because I can't get the seat close enough.

Gloat: I'm going out for ice cream in about ten minutes. (Ice cream is love.)

Cry: I have two essays to write (One due Tuesday, one due Wednesday) and I have to clean my room.

Yay:WEEKEND! Thank goodness. I've been half asleep all day. And I really should have gone to bed ages ago. But I get to sleep in tomorrow. Which is very good. Otherwise I probably would fall asleep in class

Cry: Had pep band today. Pep band is evil. It needs to die. A very long and painful death. And it didn't help at all that my mp3 player is broken and I can't turn up the volume, so I could barely hear my music even when I was shoving the headphones as far into my ears as I could.

Um?: Had my audition for band chairs today. I did pretty badly. But no worse than I was expecting, and it was sightreading, so that might account for a lot of my mistakes? Heh, I'm still fully expecting to be last chair, seeings as I've only really been playing clarinet since this summer

G: Handed in 15 pages of English coursework. Did 7 of those pages yesterday, I was dedicated! I hope it was worth the effort.
C: That's probably 15 pages too many, heh, a lot to write about.

G: No homework or coursework due for tomorrow, a brief break, yay!
C: I have my final out of the three science courseworks to hand in, and will have tomorrow and Thursday, after school hours, to do it in. However, I'm a determined worker when I need to be. Theory is very similar to my second item, so that'll be useful.

Erk! Well, try to be polite to them...you know, the stiff politeness that says "please go away, you make me uncomfortable."

Gloat: 98% on my Psychology test! Granted, it was scantron multiple-choice where you only had to answer 50 of 80 questions, but still. Not bad for my first test in there.

Similar Gloat: 95 on my first test in my math class! Got everything right but the five definitions at the end, which fortunately didn't count for much.

Cry: No inspiration for Halloween yet. I want to get all excited, but I can't get excited until I have a costume to plan.

Cry: My sister's CD player(which I use now because she's got an MP3 player) broke today. I have a half-hour walk to catch a bus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that CD player was really nice on the long walk. Now I may have to break down and buy myself an MP3 player, which I really don't want to do.
