It's not long, it's just thurough! 
Use your judgement on this, there's no real length guideline. If you feel you can fit most what you want to present in a couple paragraphs, go ahead. However, the more we get, the better we can get a good idea on you.

To start I would like to wish everyone who has applied the best of luck on getting picked by PPT's staff.
Also I wish whichever PPTers are chosen the best of luck with their new duties that they will have on the PPT forum.
As for me, even though wanting to become a PPT Mod is a dream of mine I am sitting this one out because:
1. I feel that I need to be active every day on PPT. (Sometimes I do forgot to go on PPT because I end being too busy with other stuff.)
2. I know that I currently don't have knowledge that I would need have to answer all of the questions in part 2.
If only the Runanites forum hadn't died from inactivity as I felt I could have gained experience there as the mod application form there before it died was much easier in my honest opinion and I could have learned a great deal about the moderation part on PHP coded forums if I had picked there. (Yes I applied on the Runanites forum to became a Mod there but the forum died from inactivity before I could achieve it.)
True different forums can have both easy and hard application forms but one needs to learn how to be able to complete any of them easily if one is to stand any chance of being accepted. Sometimes you won't be picked even if do have all the required requirements simply because of the limited spots available and because they wanted someone more experience you have to offer.
To quote a wise monk "A journey of a thousand miles begins with but a single step."
Which means is order to reach your dream you will need to learn the things you will need to do in order to achieve it and it takes a long time to achieve it. If you do that then it is possible to achieve your dream.
BTW yes I do like Godness Rune's hat.
