You have just brought shame to the 4/5/03 name. I bet you didn't even remember your join date! Seriously, it amazes me how most people don't even know when they joined. Maybe they're going senile with age? But if we're both three-and-a-half years old, and you're senile and I'm not...*goes off to ponder this*

I don't remember when I joined. Does it really matter? Mmm... no. I know that i've been here for over three years, and i've been a mod for most of that time... so... eh. Whats it matter when I joined?
It amazes me that people put so much stock in having been here for longer then someone else.

I don't care about comparing my join date to anyone else's. I just think it's important to know one's own join date, because that's when you joined. (I didn't mean that to sound so redundant...)
The reason I pointed it out is because we joined on the same day, and for 13 months, that was what the name was, and I was just kind of surprised.

But if you signed up to PPT whilst on AOL and no longer pay for AOL thus losing your email account along with your saved emails there due paying reasons then it is if hard to remember the exact date unless you wrote in down somewhere and are able to find it anytime you wanted to look it up.

I didn't understand a word of that, but I don't use AOL, and looking it up isn't the same as remembering. What I'm realizing is that nobody else around here actually cares about their join dates...am I correct? I'm just surprised, because it's extremely important to me, and even if it weren't, I'd still know when I joined.
I'm not sure if that sounded all that nice. I can't think of any other way to phrase it. I'm just trying to explain why I got confused...I'm not trying to be rude or anything. My mind's kind of cloudy right now.

I personally don't care THAT much, but I like knowing how long I've been here- it's always interesting, and usually more than a bit shocking, to think of how long I've been here (4 years in January... :O ). It's not that I don't feel it's important- I think it is, in a way, though I'm not quite sure how- I just don't usually think about it.
