When I first read the title of the thread I thought I was gonna find out how to make my very own Cadbury's Flake..

That's exactly what I was thinking, too, but alas, ended up slightly disappointed. How do they make a flake? I wonder, to be honest, I wonder.
Actually, thinking about it, I guess the chocolate would need to be in a sheet, nearly dry, but still malleable. Then you just twirl it around a bit, and voila, you let it dry. Of course, I somehow doubt that's how they do it today with the rise of machinery.
