NEVER EVER *i mean it* ever run while you have gum in your mouth.One time I ran with gum in my mouth and the gum slipped.Afterwords my teeth rubbed against eachother.Ow that really hurts badly.

Batteries are sour.
Don't keep your tongue on the end for more than like a second, if you don't want to experience horrible pain.
And REALLY don't stick it on the underside of your tongue.

When making Easy Mac, use a bowl that won't become hotter than the mac and cheese...The result otherwise can be a huge burn.
