I agree with Rachel (What did she say again?)

I'll just stay out of this since you three are having too much fun.

(But usually genetics along with some other factors determine what height and stuff you are. A doctor might know, but I'm not a doctor.)

I actually encountered this when my dad and I were talking. Apparently we both had our growth spurts at the exact same time (and were the same height at certain ages as well). Nutrition does play a large part, although I believe people who didn't eat enough as children spring right back up when they get more food later on. I could be completely wrong on that though.

Anyways, don't worry. You'll hit puberty eventually. I know people who are 15-16 years old and still haven't started really growing yet, and I also know of people who are younger than that and seem fully developed already. There's so much variation in the entire process that there's really no point in worrying about it, so just let it happen.

Me and my sister are tall for our family. We're taller than most Asians and that's probably because of the environment and diet - we grew up in Australia.

In Japan, the diet has become more Westernized, so as a result - the new generation of Japanese are a lot taller than their parents.

I read in Men's Health that to get the average height of a child, average out the height of the mother and father, and then add a couple more centimeters.

Then again ... mum was the tallest in her family, and dad was also the tallest in his family ...

Oh well ... it is ok for a girl to be short. If you're a guy and you're short ... well... you should... maybe wear platforms or something. Just sayin'.

(Btw, joke - the last bit) ;)
