It's the text describing the journal, and not the words in the journal themselves.

) Go to the journal, change it to the map, highlight the text, and hit tab. A tiny circle over an anntena will appear. Click it, and you'll get a pop-up with the jaw.

I definitely don't have the thorns, everyone I've talked to said they started off with them, but I only started off with one item. I'm confused!

Okay, all I know for sure that exists are:

~ Bucket
~ Thorns (Triangle Things)
~ Boards
~ Steering Wheel
~ Valve (algae-covered pipe part)
~ Mechanical Part (looks like either an engine piston with an electrical plug on the end)

Now, I've heard that there is:

* an axe or a saw
* a tree branch

Can anyone who DOES find these parts take a screen shot? Might help us if we know exactly what to look for.

Did anyone else pick up vines?? I got back to the branch, went thru the inventory to get the jawbone (thanks again Andromeda!!) and saw vines! I don't remember picking them up at all tho...

Same thing here. I guess the vines come with the branch, or something.

Although I don't have the thorns so maybe I need everything before I can go back? I think there are 9 items total from what I've heard

Can't even figure how to do that yet! I've been trying each item in the inventory and then clicking on the big hole. Wrong?

I'm trapped in a cycle, and no, going out and back in doesn't work. I'm just not gonna do this part right now, i'll let neo know what happened after i eat, and hopefully they'll fix it...

just wondering if anyone found a way out of that loop im stuck in the loop and all im missing other than the mysterious axe which i dont think exists is the branch also can you actually go back to the ship
