How much time do you spend sleeping per day on average?

Mhmm. I'm on a break from work, so here I am. I'm a sloth though. I sleep up of eight hours a day. If I'm not working I'll stay in bed for an extra hour or two as well.

I sleep about 10 on week days and 10-13 on weekends and holidays. I need my sleep!!

On school days/nights: generally about 6-7 hours total

On non-school days/nights: anywhere from 8 to 16 hours total (usually closer to the former

)

Usually 8 to 9 on weekdays/school nights and anywhere from 10 to 16 on weekends/non school days.

Well, I wake up on school/week days at 4:15 AM and go to bed at around 9 to 11 PM so I get about 5 to 7 hours of sleep, usually 6. Weekends vary, most of the time with me going to bed late and waking up early due to waking up the day before at around that time.
At least I didn't drop dead, yet!

And I always feel pretty awake when I get home from a day of thinking, writing, and walking around campus.

About 8 hours on weekdays, 14 or more on weekends.

lol I'd have to say maybe 4-5 hours on weekdays? I stay up late, but we all get up around 6am to get everyone off to school/work on time.

Weekends I get a bit more, but it depends on what we're doing. I usually stay up even later then, though. haha

I get about 6-8 on weekdays depending on my time management and how much I accomplish each day. Mmm, I guess about the same on weekends too (now that I think about it) due to all the busyness I'm involved in.

Depends as I'm a both a late sleeper and an early riser so it can be anywhere between 4-8 hours.

7-8 if I spend the night at home, 8-9 if at my boyfriends...since I get to stay in bed until the bathrooms free for me to get ready for work.
